Founded in 1994, FIT supports the creation and development of new businesses in the canton of Vaud and in Western Switzerland.

The two types of financial support, FIT TECH and FIT DIGITAL, are respectively open to innovative technological start-ups and digital start-ups with an innovative business model and strong growth potential. In 2022, FIT supported 44 projects for a total amount of 6.25 million Swiss francs.

Hexem and Adaptyv Bio receive FIT Tech Seed loans of CHF 100’000 each

Adaptyv Bio lets users test and synthesise any protein, while Hexem has developed a novel water cleaning technology that produces biogas from industrial wastewater. The FIT Tech Seed loan will help Adaptyv Bio roll out its platform and Hexem test its industrial demonstrator.
