Founded in 1994, FIT supports the creation and development of new businesses in the canton of Vaud and in Western Switzerland.

FIT provides support through several programmes:

FIT Tech, for high-tech start-ups,
FIT Digital, for digital start-ups with an innovative business model and strong growth potential,
FIT Food & Hospitality Vertical, for projects in the field of nutrition and hospitality,
FIT Impact, for high-impact low-tech projects.

In 2023, FIT supported 44 projects for a total amount of 4.85 million Swiss francs.

Two new FIT loans for Juvion Health Sciences and Neuria

As the new year begins, FIT is announcing the granting of two Tech Seed loans worth CHF 100,000 each to Juvion Health Sciences for its platform whose mission is to preserve the structure and function of motor system and prevent age-related mobility decline in the elderly, and to Neuria for its game software aimed at re-calibrating the brain to combat ‘unhealthy’ behaviours such as overconsumption, smoking and physical inactivity.

FIT announces three new loans for Limula, Actival and AirCurve

Limula and its automation process for the production of cell therapies, Actival and its ‘active’ dental aligners, and AirCurve and its AI-guided robotic system for tracheal intubation. These three innovations have all received support from FIT, with Limula receiving a CHF 500,000 Tech Growth loan, while Actival and AirCurve each received a CHF 100,000 Tech Seed loan.
